By using Johri AI via our WhatsApp business number or any related interface, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business.
Johri AI provides AI-generated jewellery imagery, catalogues, videos, and conversational assistance. Output quality depends on your inputs. We do not guarantee that generated content is free of artefacts, factually accurate, or suitable for a specific use; you are responsible for reviewing output before commercial use.
Paid plans renew monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Quotas reset on each billing cycle and unused capacity does not roll over unless explicitly stated. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
You retain ownership of inputs you provide. You receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the generated outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial sale of jewellery. Turingedge Technologies Private Limited retains rights to the underlying software, models, and brand.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages (Meta, Microsoft, Google, Razorpay), or force majeure may interrupt service.
You can stop using the service at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or fall delinquent on payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turingedge Technologies Private Limited's aggregate liability arising from your use of Johri AI is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
