To delete your account and the personal data we hold about you, send an email to contactus@turingedge.ai from any address, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99509 33473, with the subject line "Delete my data" and the WhatsApp number registered with us.
We confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups containing your data age out automatically within 35 days from the deletion date.
Some records — invoices, tax documents, fraud-investigation logs — may be retained for the period required by Indian law. Anonymised analytics are not affected.
