Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how we handle plan cancellations, refunds, and credit transfers for Johri AI. It applies to every paid subscription and one-time top-up purchased through our website, our WhatsApp business number, or any reseller authorised by us.

1. Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. You can cancel any time during the trial by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing contactus@turingedge.ai — no questions asked, no charges applied.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically on the same date each month via Razorpay. You can cancel from inside WhatsApp at any time by sending /cancel or replying STOP.

Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at a discounted rate. You can cancel at any time, but the refund treatment depends on when:

4. One-time top-ups

One-time top-ups (extra designs, extra promo videos, extra seats, print-ready CMYK upgrades) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused top-ups remain on your account for 90 days from purchase and can be converted to service credit on request before they expire.

5. Refunds for service failure

If we cannot deliver the service due to a verified outage attributable to us — and not due to upstream provider downtime (Meta, Microsoft, Google, Razorpay) or force majeure — we will issue service credits equal to two days of the affected plan for each full day of downtime, up to a month per incident. Verified outage means a sustained inability to deliver designs or videos for more than 60 minutes, evidenced by our own status records.

6. Disputed charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the disputed transaction. We respond within 2 business days and complete the investigation within 14 days. If the charge is in error, we refund it in full and may add a 5% goodwill credit.

Send the request from any address with these details:

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or your data. Your designs, catalogues, and conversation history remain available for re-subscription. To delete your data permanently, see our data deletion policy.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
